Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy for all products from the date you receive your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and kept in original packaging with all tags intact.

If you receive defective, damaged or wrong items, we will offer a full refund or free replacement. For normal return requests, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Please contact our customer support first before returning any items. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.
